Humanities

JSTOR This link opens in a new window Provides page images of back issues of the core scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and basic sciences from the earliest issues to within a few years of current publication. Users may browse by journal title or discipline, or may search the full-text or citations/abstracts. New issues of existing titles and new titles are added approximately on a weekly basis.
Literature Online (LION) This link opens in a new window LION contains over 355000 works of English and American poetry drama and prose 389 fulltext literature journals and other key criticism and reference resources. Note: LION also cross-searches MLA International Bibliography.

The American Film Institute Catalog This link opens in a new window The AFI Catalog, the premier, authoritative resource of American film information, covers the history of American cinema comprehensively from 1893 to 1975, with full or short records for films from 1976-2014. New records are added each year by the AFI's editorial team.
FIAF International Index to Film Periodicals Plus This link opens in a new window Indexes more than 500000 articles from 340 of the world's foremost academic and popular film journals. It includes full text from many of the most important FIAF journals including key titles such as Sight and Sound and Positif.
Film Indexes Online This link opens in a new window Film Indexes Online allows you to cross-search American Film Institute Catalog (AFI) International Index to Film Periodicals Plus (FIAF) and Film Index International. Alternatively each database can also be searched separately.
Kanopy This link opens in a new window Kanopy is an on-demand streaming video service for educational institutions that works directly with filmmakers and film distribution companies to offer thousands of award-winning documentaries, training films and theatrical releases across diverse subjects and disciplines.
