If you think you might get serious about blogging, be sure to at least consider Wordpress. You can get familiar with it by using the free, cloud-based Wordpress.com. If you like it, you might consider switching to Wordpress.org, where you can get your own domain name (without the 'Wordpress'), but will likely need to pay for site hosting.
