Academic Skills Desk Receive one-to-one assistance with information skills.
Online Academic Skills Hub Support for all NUI Galway students  - especially first-years - to develop the key skills required for academic success.
All Aboard A national project that aims to empower learners, teachers, and anyone who uses technology to support their work, their study, or other aspects of living in a digital age.
The Academic Writing Centre Free one-on-one tutorials on essay writing. Everyone is welcome.
LARK (Library & Research Know-how) A self-directed guide that includes content related to improving your research practices.
DISC A free, drop-in Computer Programming/ Software Development Support Centre for students enrolled in computer programming or software development courses.
SUMS Centre  Drop-in support centre for Mathematics
CÉIM  An academic peer learning programme that supports 1st year students at NUI Galway to transition successfully to university, make friends within their subject area, develop a sense of belonging, gain a greater understanding of coursework
